Town Cleaners, Middletown, MD: Horrible place ... horrible staff. They charge top dollar. In cleaning my suit, they ripped the coat liner and inside pocket. They would not fix it unless I paid $30 for the repair!! I asked her to have the manager call me; she said she would but that I would probably never receive a call. She added that she knew she'd be losing my business. Seemingly unbelievable, right? But true.
