Excellent food, excellent service. This place was recommended to us by the desk clerk at Holiday Inn Express around the corner (easy walking distance) and I'm glad we took her advice! The jumbo shrimp were very fresh, the mud bugs were done perfectly and the huge catfish fillet was a thing of beauty. I'll go out of my way to eat here again the next time I'm in the Houston area.

Really like this place! I've not had anything bad there, but the #1 Bulgogi Bap is definitely my fav. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is extremely clean and the service is fast and friendly.

Excellent customer service - something that's missing far too often around town among their competitors (unless you're ready to spend a couple grand). I can't say enough good things about these guys. I didn't spend a ton of $ with them, but they treated me like I did. I'll definitely remember them the next time I'm in the market for truck stuff.

Man, WTH happened to Suddenlink? I've been a customer of their's for around 15 years and used to consider their service and customer service to be the best around, but today it's hard to think of anyone worse. My cable and internet have both been practically unusable for about a month now. They've been out twice and determined that the drop from the alley to the house was bad and they were supposed to replace it on Friday (had a confirmed appt), was told by them someone needed to be at the house between 12:00 and 2:00 so they could complete the job but they never showed. Waited 5 hours for them to get here and they never did. Now get this - they claim they WERE here! Said they checked it out and everything was fine and meanwhile I still have no internet. Flat out lied to me on the phone - wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor, wouldn't give me a supervisors name. The "customer service" rep I dealt with, Chuck, could not have cared less and in fact was a condescending ass. Sadly he's not the only bad rep I've dealt with throughout this ordeal. Never thought I'd say this, but if you have a choice avoid them.
