needed a car, mine was in the shop for a new trans. tried enterprise near the aamco location. they pretty much ******me over. so i take a cab home, go to this hertz, they have a nice small car with a rear windshield so i took it.

that night, i tried to clean the windows. THERE WAS NO FLUID IN THE WASHER RESEVOIR!!!!!
and when i put some in NOTHING CAME OUT OF THE SPRAY NOZZLE!!!!!!!!
AND.....they did not go over the car's basic "directions" as the girl at the desk was totally unfamiliar with the car.
it was too late too return it...they were closed. at work the next day, i called and told her all of this and said, oh, i'm sorry you didn't have any washer solution.
as i work 12hrs and get home late, i did not have the option to exchange the car. and i need it.
bottom line: they suck. don't waste your time...and money.
but they sure as hell are gonna give me a refund!!!!

I've been a client at Family Pet for....damn! 30 yrs??!!! I've had many pets over the years and EVERY one of the vets there are excellent clinicians. They explain everything you need to know about your pet's care. And care is the operant word there......every single vet there, every staff member.....are loving and truly care about your pet. Dr. Van Pelt has been my primary vet all these years. If you have a certain question she will call you back even after hours to give you a report. She works with you for a treatment plan for your pet. I've got a doxie who's a bit.... uh..... challenging, and Rae has truly gone out of her way to try to figure out how we can help Gracie. I adore her.... Rae Ann that is.
My babies have been seen by probably all the vets there. All excellent. Each has his/ her own take on things and the info is always reviewed with your primary Vet.
And the staff? Some of the nicest, helpful, fun people you'll ever meet. They know you by name always make you and your babies comfortable.
I could go on and on, but the name says it all:
Family Pet. They truly become part of your family.
      I love them all!

My husband found Mr. Rossi while looking for a lawyer for our divorce. He immediately felt comfortable with Mr. Rossi. After we both spoke with him, we were convinced the a collaborative divorce was the way to go. Mr. Rossi guided us through every step of the way. He made sure that we understood all the legalities without being pushy or overbearing. He made a very sad event so much easier. I would recommend Carl Rossi and the collaborative process to anyone considering divorce.

I recently bought a mattress at the store on Broadway and Foster. Yasim and Bob went out of their way to help me decide On a mattress that would suit our needs without trying to up-sale. I'd recommend this store to everyone!

back in 2012 i had a garden/bay window installed in my 3rd floor condo. the window was manufactured by Climate Solutions, installed by Americraft Exteriors.
The double paned window appeared cloudy after a year or so...I thought it was just dirt. In December of 2014 the dirt didn't go away and MOISTURE began collecting between the panes, I knew something was wrong. My neighbors across the hall had the exact same window installed not long before I had mine done...and there was absolutely no problem.

I called Americraft and they referred me to Climate Solutions as the window came from them. This was January of 2015. they sent out a guy who said it was a broken seal, the window was under a lifetime warranty and they would order a new window.

the window was ready back in May of 2015. I have been waiting ever since for the window to be installed. Climate Solutions said they only manufactured the window and they didn't do installations. Americraft said their warranty was for a year and had long since expired. I have been in contact with CS since May. They keep saying it's a tough job because they need to subcontract an installer with the appropriate equipment. I am still getting the runaround. I sent a letter to them stating that if the issue was not resolved by the end of September...today is October 2nd....I would contact the BBB. Well, now they had found the equipment but that's as far as it went. Americraft recommended a glass installation service (which I believe was the guy who did the original work) and I sent the info to CS.
Nothing. They are still "working on it". I told them that I felt it was NOT my responsibility to find installers/equipment as I do not want to void the warranty using someone CS did not approve.

So here, October 2nd, TEN MONTHS AFTER I CONTACTED CLIMATE SOLUTIONS I sit, again, waiting for my call to be returned. To be fair, I should have pushed harder for this repair sooner, but I was naive in thinking that they, as a window installation company, would have had the answers and the "solution". I was so very wrong. While everyone I've spoken to has been very nice, Climate Solutions Windows and Doors as a company is ineffective at best. Windows are their job. You'd think they'd have a better handle on this. I am more than frustrated. My next communication will be to the BBB.

I would NOT recommend Climate Solution Windows and Doors for any kind of service.

      Thank You.
