Very knowledgeable and customized to our pup's unique personality. We focused on what was relevant and priority to his needs so that the new addition to our family wouldn't stress him out. When the big day arrived, we had the tools to help him feel included and manage new stressors. Glad we invested in making a plan!
We've been here for over 5 years and have found this group unprofessional and unhelpful. When we first bought our town home, we were just engaged and one of the ladies in their center actually said while registering for gym passes, "oh not married? living in sin." Can't make that up! Any recommendation to improve the community is shot down with no reasoning and curt responses. Plus, they're very unfair with expenditures. One of our neighbors had a large tree in their yard and was told to have it extracted out of pocket. This tree had clearly been there before they moved in.
The customer service of this group is a disappointment for any paying customer.
Went for brunch with reservations. We were running a little late and they were gracious on the phone which was a relief. When we arrived, it was not super busy so seating wasn't a problem. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. The staff seemed disorganized in terms of who was monitoring which table - tended to float around awkwardly and then there were long delays for spots of service.
The actual food was just okay. My husband had the french toast with berries which was good. French toast is tricky because the cut can vary so much. These were thin slices but flavorful. He was ravenous so the portion was too small and didn't come with any sides. I had the standard breakfast with two sunny side up eggs, potatoes, and chicken apple sausage. Instead of toast, I asked for fresh berries. There were no salt/pepper shakers on the table and the eggs had no seasoning so I asked for ketchup. The potatoes were okay though my hubs thought they were under-seasoned. My biggest gripe was the sausage which had a tough skin, little flavor, and dainty in size.
In short - for such a basic, bare minimum brunch - it was over-priced. Bummer because we really wanted to love this spot given the location. We'll come back in a couple of months to see if things have improved.
It's unfortunate that we have to give them two stars. The team was friendly and responsive; installation went smoothly and took much faster than they originally estimated.
The issue was the actual tile did not match what was in the sample book. We were looking for white flooring was eco-friendly and selected Tremolo Marble in Dove. The sample showed a white tile with subtle streaks of gray; the reality was dark gray tile with streaks of white. When we raised this concern, it was iterated that we picked the tile, it's in the contract, and please confirm how we would like to pay. I don't think this was the best response when the sample clearly didn't match the end product.
Lesson learned as a consumer was to look up the sample ourselves and not trust what's being presented.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing the color discrepancy with the sample book to our attention so we can address immediately with our manufacturer representative. We would be happy to have the manufacturers representative come out to address the color issue, but you had stated in an email to us that you would leave the floor as is. As you know the color issue is out of Friends and Family Flooring's hands since we do not produce the material. We did contact the manufacturer as soon as you emailed us the complaint. The color on the sample board is what we expect the product to look like when installed just like you would expect it to look like when installed so we were both surprised together. As we stated in our last email to you, please contact us in the next 2 weeks if you would still like the manufacturer representative to come out and address the color issue. We are dedicated to making you happy and that is the utmost importance to us.
We called ahead for a 6:20 appointment and waited to be seen until 7:15pm. They apparently called my name but didn't check the front of the store so I had to ask what was going on. Once that was resolved, the tech was friendly and quick. We were assured the phone would be ready at 8:15 for a simple display fix. Came back at 8:20 and it still wasn't done. We were told a few minutes which turned into 9:10pm.
After all that, they failed to ask if we had backed up the data before coming in but hadn't since it was just a display issue. Apparently they needed to do more than anticipated so my data couldn't be transferred. They returned my old phone for a 48 hour grace period to go home, back it up, and bring it back to the store in order to receive my new phone. I am not local to Clarendon but it had the shortest wait time out of all the Apple stores in the area to be seen by their technical staff. This rounds out the time at the store to 9:20pm and a drive home... which I'm going to have to do all over again tomorow.
Next time - "did you back up the phone?" should be the first question for ANY repair - no matter how trivial the tech thinks the repair is going to be.
