The rep who came out to provide an estimate was very knowledgeable and was able to spec out a system that fit our older house and still qualified for efficiency rebates. The installers were efficient and careful. They had the new system up and running by the end of the day, which amazes me. I hired Alberto to fix a patch of water damaged ceiling. He was very responsive, took the time to scope out the problem from the crawl space, thought about different strategies and then gave me a couple options.

I went with his recommendation to keep the current sheetrock. By his assessment, the drywall was still in good shape, but had dropped down from the joist and could be reattached. He did that, scraped the paint, re-putty'd the surface with texture.
