Management sucks. I've been with these guys for over 15 years love everything they make this is the last straw I used my reward points to get a $10 discount they didn't give me the discount and took my points I talked with the manager and he said there is nothing he can do. And this order was over $50. F you guys! I would have been happier if somebody would have just said hey we can give you a credit or we're sorry about that or something to that nature but I got absolutely not of that.

These guys will take advantage and overcharge anyone who does not know any better about there vehicle or what needs to be done.There's another car repair establishment on South Larkin ave that will do the same thing Faithfully.

Thought I would give this place another try once again they just suck, their drive up is a joke. I put Taco Bell above these guys at this point,the girls that work behind there don't give two s**** about what you asked for it makes it the fourth time they screwed up an order in my the last 4 visits. I looked right in her face to verify what I had in the bag when she said yes you have that,my mistake.I didn't check,but I won't have to worry about it anymore cuz I'm not going to stop at this s*** hole again.

Gave it another try. Asked for well done fries for both dinners.Not even close,soggy as ever just barely cooked. Done here, never again. Waste of time asking for a simple request. The thing is they give you a ton of fries too but if they're not cooked correctly right in the garbage they go. As for the 10 wings to be well done as well not even close, these guys are a joke.
