Without even having hired John yet, he was EXTREMELY helpful over the phone. He patiently and calmly answered all of my panicked questions and even called the DA's office for me to find more information. I told him I called him because he has 5 stars on Yelp and after my experience with him, I see why. I highly recommend giving him a call! He is clearly dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable in his field! Thank you for your help John!
After a very poor experience at another salon, my experience here was refreshing! The women were very nice. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure felt amazing with a hot towel and hot stones the woman who did my manicure did a great job as well! Will definitely be coming back
I will never come here again. I've come many times before and never had this bad of service. I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine. The manicurist was terrible. She cut me and made me bleed four times. I usually don't complain once or twice because it happens. But four times in which I'm still bleeding when it's done?? That's too much. She didn't do well on my nails either. Clearly rushed. She messed up the design and was mad when I wanted it redone. When I refused to pay because my nails were still bleeding she blamed me. I'm never coming back here.
First time at Denica's. Food was good however in my California Eggs Benedict I found a large egg shell and in my mom's Vegan burrito there was a slice of bacon and a piece of sausage (she's vegetarian). Unfortunately those two errors-especially with the burrito-clouded the experience.
***UPDATE: upon letting the manager know of the error she was very apologetic and gave us a refund. They also offered to remake the food. It was very nice that they righted the situation.
