We recently stayed in Whalehead and rented a golf cart from these folks. We have never rented with them before and used another rental company in years past. The cart they gave us was delivered on time and there were no issues there. However, the cart's turn signal didn't work, the cart was very, very slow...and we have had carts in the past that went alot faster. I called the shop and they said they would not bring us a new one and didn't offer to repair the turn signal because the cart was "functional". I asked for another cart and they declined. I would not rent from here but would go with someone else, I was not impressed with their service even though we spent 600 for a cart for the week that was extremely slow and not dependable.
