We dined in on a Monday night for a birthday. I am very pleased with the service, very attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The focaccia bread is a must have with spicy tastes. It's made in house along with the pastas and desserts. We had the salmon with apricot sauce which was delicious, the gnocchi was yummy! Overall recommend especially if you want to have a intimate dining experience and have some authentic Italian food.

I was very disappointed with my very first time at Punch Bowl Social. I heard about the concept and went there on a Friday night to celebrate my friend's 21st birthday. First, our server denied us a birthday dessert because her actual birthday was two days prior.

Second, not all of us were 21, so we were rushed to get out by 10pm. Our server told us to hurry and order since they were very busy. Also, when we booked the reservation we were told that there would be a 10$ fee for a bring your own cake, which included cake cutting. Even though we were not charged for the service. Our server told us that she didn't see a point for them to cut it for us since it was a small cake, and it would just be easier if we did it ourselves.

We felt judged since we were young adults, therefore our service was very poor.

The Cubano sandwich I had was excellent, along with the Chicken and Waffles. But every else felt theirs was sub par. My mason mule was very delicious.

I really wish I had better service since I would like to go back. However I am not so sure since we were treated so poorly

Best sushi around Lombard in my opinion as far as quality, and variety. Happy hour specials are great, but our bartender was not as attentive as I'd like. Friendly, but a little disappointed with the service. Otherwise the times I've dined have been a good experience. But I still think it's the best place to get sushi at.
