Been taking my fur babies to Molly's for over a year. Always did a great job. My male heeler is difficult to groom but they had a groomer there that was able to groom him.

Last time I took him in there do not know what happened but they said they were unable to Clip him. However she was able to give him bath and brush for no charge.

Molly suggested I take him to vet. He had a mild infection but he was impossible to manage at vet. She recommended to give him a sedative next time. He was not like this before. It has been awhile since he was taken to Molly's and infection cleared but he still tries to bite me when I just brush me. Something happened that day to cause this.

My other dog Sugar is easy to groom and had horrible cut and they did not cut nails on one paw. She had clipper lines all over.

The dogs were there over 4 hrs and never takes that long so probably left in cages.

I gave them a 2 star due to this experience.

I am very disappointed and will not bring my dogs back. Not sure if my male heeler will ever be the same.

I made an appointment at 9:30 am. Apparently they are not honoring appointments waited an hour to get lab work. I had a interview at 11:00 to get to that day and was rushed to get there. I will never go back to Sonora Quest labs. What is the point in making an appointment if you have to wait for an hour to be seen.

The staff was very nice. The doctor was caring addressed all my concerns. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Stephanie Hancock is amazing she is very different than most NP I have seen in the past. Stephanie Hancock takes the time to understand your issues in order to obtain proper diagnosis for treatment. She is very knowledgeable in her field, caring and concerned about me as a patient. I would definitely recommend her highly to any of my family and friends. I am so grateful to have found her.
