This was my first time using this place as it is close to my house, dropped my shirts off and a Friday and paid extra for next day (Monday). When i got my shirts back there was a very noticeable dark line on the front of one. The woman at the front desk was very indifferent and no one even uttered an apology of any sorts when I brought it back. Lost a customer today.
