Beware of a scammer ass optical practice.
Came here today after being rescheduled from the day before by them. I walked in and was greeted by the GM, did the online questionnaire and waited and waited. Nobody in the store. Service slow, watched workers say they would take me back instead one showed a video on their phone to one another and conversate. After having my vision checked I waited again because they couldn't find my benefits on the computer I'm not sure why this wasn't checked before I was taken back. They were taking so long I mentioned I just want to pay my co-pay and get my rx I need to get to work. My copay total was $49, per my benefits it's $10. They said they were charging me to keep a retinal exam "in my file" which I mentioned I won't be back. Instead of asking me if I wanted a retinal exam in the first place, I'm not diabetic nor do I have a history of hypertension or hyperlipidemiq. So I went from wearing progressive lenses, to single vision. Strange.

Thank you Mercedes for working with us in such a short amount of time. She was kind enough to throw something together, that came out so perfect and was beyond our expectations. Mercedes was so kind hearted and understanding with our situation with the small amount of time we provided but she made it work and even texted a picture of the arrangement. I found this place on Yelp which I'm super grateful for. After I was getting turned down by other places for pendant engraving. I was able to text to show what I was requesting and get a quote. I came in today and was able to leave with it today. This meant more to me then your business will ever know. God bless you.
