      Lucero's delivered the best pizza I've had so far in Laurel. I've lived in the area for three years and I only recently learned of this restaurant while looking for something different than the three BIG chains.

      I called to have my order delivered and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and professional. She very politely let me know that the wait would be a little long because they were also filling a large order. I appreciated being told this upfront.

      The food arrived during the timeframe estimated and the deliveryman was also very professional and polite. I will say that the pizza was pricier than I'm used to paying. But it was also fresher and tastier than I'm used to. The crust was probably the best, freshest crust I've ever tasted and the ingredients were very fresh as well. I will definitely order from here again.

      I went in to replace the cracked screen on my daughter's phone. The price I was quoted over the phone was a little less than quotes I received from other shops. Customer service was very nice. The gentleman also installed screen protectors on my phone and my daughter's after it was repaired. I would definitely come back here for any future cellphone repair needs (while also hoping I have no future cellphone repair needs).

      I've been to this location three times. The food is not spectacular, even considering the fact that it's fast food. But it's slightly different from the ordinary, so we come once every few months.

      Tonight, my last night ever patronizing this location btw, I was satisfied with the service while having my order taken and when receiving it. However the onion rings were not good--as if they'd been fried in the same old oil used to fry the desserts. Then the "toasted" sandwich was actually meat between two soft (as in not toasted) slices of bread--and somehow one slice of bread was very cold and the other very hot. I let both of these issues slide and would have returned again, but just avoided those two menu items.

      But when I finally got around to my drink, which I ordered specifically because it was the highlight of my last visit, I found that it was just a fountain drink and not the specialty drink with add-on flavor that I ordered. I pressed the buzzer to explain this and a moment later I was brought another drink. But then I was told I had to return the drink I'd been given in error. I handed it over, untouched except for the one sip I took before realizing it was a soda. The host who brought me the drink was polite and apologized for this--I got the sense that this petty and nonsensical request was in no way his idea. But really, Sonic?

      The message I received was that Sonic thought I might have been trying to swindle them out of a $2 drink...after I'd already paid more than $30 for my family's food. I don't trust that kind of customer service DIS-oriented decision-making with handling any food my family and I eat. Moving forward, we'll get our empty calories and trans fats from a fast food joint that understands quality service--thank you, no thank you.

      I've been here a few times and would definitely recommend it to someone in need of a great massage with very firm pressure (a must-have for me). Despite the great massage, I rated with three stars because, for me, a visit to the spa for a massage should be a truly relaxing experience during which I am mentally and physically transported away from the stresses and distractions of the world.

      There were some minor issues with scheduling--I won't go into detail because I do plan to return and don't need anyone recognizing my review and smacking me in the head with a hot stone. ;-) Besides, things worked out and everyone was pleasant about the situation, although inconvenient.

      That said, during the last minutes of one massage, I could tell that all of a sudden the massage was being rushed and my limbs were being moved with noticeably less care than throughout the majority of the process. I don't know if it was an issue of time or fatigue or what, but it tore me from my trance and wasn't a great way to end what had been a darned good massage. During another visit, I was taken into a room that had skylights and I was provided with a face mask to hide the light. Still, I was unable to really relax and release during the massage.

      Otherwise, I would give this spa a solid four stars. For me it's all about service-service-ambiance. This is a relatively new business from my understanding--once these kinks get ironed out, which I'm sure can be accomplished, this business could be stellar!

      I selected Sparkletime based on various reviews I read and overall felt they did a good job at a reasonable price. When I am in need of another professional cleaning, I would call them again. I was able to schedule a cleaning for the morning after my initial call, which was very convenient. The cleaners arrived on-time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had a couple of minor concerns that I hadn't planned to voice, but was happy to receive a follow-up text the next day and assurance that any kinks would be worked out the next time around. This was my first time having my home cleaned, so this experience taught me of things to mention during that initial walk-through with the cleaners to make the process go smoothly.
