      I would give this business 0 stars if possible. I purchased a bed frame, foundation, and mattress in June. I was told that I would have it by July 2. I started to call on July 5 to see if it had arrived yet. The customer service was horrible. I got the bed delivered on July 11. For a kind size bed there were only 4 one inch slats under the box springs to hold it up. The bed broke in August. I was 8 months pregnant and called to see what they would be able to do since the bed was still under warranty. I have gotten the run around ever since. No one ever calls me back or contacts me. Each week when I call them, they say I need to talk to Sandra and she isn't there and to leave a message and she will call me back. She never calls me back. Sometimes they tell me I need to email them and I do, never got a reply there either. It has been 5 months now and still no resolution. I am having to file an arbitration case in order to get my money back. I don't want the bed. Just take the horrible bed back and refund me what I paid. Of course my mattress is ruined now as well since it has basically been in the shape of a taco from the sunken in bed frame it has been on for these months. I was hoping they would work with me so I wouldn't have to take it this far, but they have not. My baby was born in September and I have had to deal with this ridiculous and uncomfortable situation instead being able to rest peacefully in my bed. Moms need sleep, this tired mom is one unhappy customer to say the least

      Went in at 7pm. There was only one customer in the store and no employee anywhere.... waited a few minutes. Looked around. Turns out the customer who was eating at the table was the employee. I looked at her and she just ate her pizza and didn't look up from her phone once. No acknowledgment at all. We ended up walking out

      Came here on my lunch today. Two ladies were in front of me discussing the menu with the young guy who takes your order. Talking like they were long lost friends reunited. The first woman had actually ordered already and was just talking to the guy who was supposed to be working. When she finally moved, the next lady had 6 orders, all on separate tickets and all separate payments. I waited in line 12 minutes or so then said I didn't have time to wait anymore and left. There were five people who had come in after me who were also having to wait. They need more than one person taking orders. Very disappointed!

      Went on my lunch break to get one thing. Two checkers were open and I went to the shorter line. One person ahead of me. The cashier was telling the customer that if she spent $50 she would give her $10 off. The lady needed the price for everything. Then she wanted to use coupons. The cashier took the lady to go pick out more items to get up to $50 so she could get the $10 off. The other checker had a line of 6 people and I didn't have time to wait. Very poor service. I left without my item and will not come back
