Worst, slowest mcdonalds ever. Shake machine has been broken for 4 years. Waiting in drive thru right now. It's taking so long I have time to craft an entire yelp review on how bad it is.
Responded quickly, scheduled quickly, came a day early, yea! They were able to tell me exactly what part I needed and quoted me a fair price on the labor. Also helped me find the circuit breaker for my oven which was hidden away in a second electrical box. Highly recommend. Great service and very helpful!

Been here several times with different children. Office is always busy and slow, wait time is awful. Most recently went in for an xray on my son's wrist. It was MLK Day, so office staff claimed my insurance office was not open for them to verify my benefits. I pushed and they said they would try to call. Just spoke with my insurance, they never called, they checked benefits online, I ended up paying out of pocket for something I had full coverage for. Again. When you have to weigh your child's health against fighting with staff over insurance benefits, you pay. This was not my first time. When they do refund unnecessary payments, they send a check made out to a minor, I requested it to be reprinted made out to me, they sent it with my sons name again. Everything they do takes much longer than it should with current technology. Their customer service is atrocious. If you have any other options, I would go anywhere else for service needed.
