On January 5th, I had a follow up appt with Michelle Domingue. I briefed her on every detail of my desired Highlight color and root color with discussions and serveral photos as reference. Based on her reaction I would settle for a slightly lighter shade to my roots. She said lighter shade to my brown hair was level was not a good idea. I told her my stylist colored my roots a few shades lighter with ease, which was clear in every photo I offered. She then said a bit lighter was no problem.
I could not see my roots in the salon, dim lighting. I washed it the next day. My roots had a 1/2 inch light streak down my part, any way I parted. I texted her of the issue with photos and a few words. She replied with this: " I told you that lighter was not a good idea, this was your choice" I was sadly disappointed with her unprofessionalism.
I told her I wouldn't let her touch my hair again. It is sad that this salon keeps a person like this on their staff.
Unbelievably poor and unprofessional people left to manage the store. I decided to pick up as I live only 7 minutes away, I expected to get right back to the Astros game on tv. I got to the store and told there was no order!! I went through the order service which proves it is still a crappy step to ordering food. Those morons can't even complete an order correctly. I had to wait on a new order, only to get the wrong thing made. The obvious homosexual guy...fixing his make up just stood at the register as if I was bothering him with my frustration. I asked to speak to manager, who I had to call, she was even more unprofessional and useless as the people in the store.
The order made my stomach upset and wasted 1hr 15 minutes unnecessarily from my night!!
I have shared this experience with my 5,900 followers!!!
I recently started having my hair done by Brittany Glen. She claimed to remove my base color to keep grey from being as obvious. To those who know "stylist terms " I ended up with multi color ash brown, low lights many shades too dark and a multi color band of color to inner layers of my hair. I was forced to become aware of the terrible mess my hair color-/high & low lights were in from her services by her very last minute cancellation 40 minutes BEFORE my actual appointment...and by TEXT. I had to see a friend's recommended stylist to do my much needed grey roots and Highlights.
Brittany's actions were rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.
I called her to ask why, I got voicemail and only a text that she was at a personal appointment. I asked for her to call or text me after her appt to reschedule. Brittany didn't bother.
My time is just as valuable as hers. I guess my business doesn't matter to her. Very unprofessional!!

I first would like to sincerely apologize for your experience and that you feel I was unprofessional. I have seen you now several times and after each appointment you complimented my work even as far as to say that others have also complimented your hair. I wish that you would have expressed your concern with me and given me the chance to rectify anything you were unhappy with. I do not recall any instance where I was given the impression you were unhappy with your experience, in fact the your last appointment you text me says how fantastic your color looked. To address the cancellation issue; I do apologize that I had a personal matter arise and unfortunately, I was not able to change that and I did need to move your time and date. I am sorry for any inconvenience that caused you being that it was last minute. I absolutely agree that your time is valuable and I have worked with you in the past when you needed to reschedule because, I do understand that things come up that you cannot change or move. I work very hard to ensure that my clients are happy and excited with their experience before leaving my chair. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and make this right. Please let me know a good time to call you or if you would like to come into the salon. Thank you, and I hope we can resolve this.
I brought in a vintage St.John blazer for cleaning. I bought it at a sample sale, so it was one of a kind. When I picked it up, there were actual BURN MARKS IN ARM AND CHEST AREA TO JACKET!!
Clearly where there machines clamp the fabric to hold and heat. Also, Swarovsky stones to both buttons had many stones missing. No idea what those people did as process, but I demanded to speak to owner. He was there, looked at the obvious damage their own people did in front of customers at counter picking up their clothes, his exact words to me were: "I'm not paying you other than to waive dry clean cost-sue me!"
I was disgusted at this poor and unprofessional treatment. This man has no respect for people's things and just doesn't care. Those of you like me who work hard to have nice things-BEWARE-IF YOUR THINGS GET DAMAGED IN THEIR CARE, YOU'LL HAVE TO SUE THEM.
THEY WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT AND WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.
i was paired with alaina. 1st full color, highlight abd cut was nice, but the 2nd was a terrible experience.
exactly 4.5 hours later, i had to point out how late it was and my hair was still wet.
she chattered a lot+50% more highlights added i did not want nor asked for. it dried my hair so badly. it tore a lot when u had to comb it out with her cheap combs and brushes.
today was my scheduled correction. when i called to speak with shelby -mgr
i explained american airlines delayed for the 2nd time to leave dallas for a return to houston. instead of some compassion, i was told, not only would a price nego not guaranteed for (their) mistake. i would be required to put deposit if they decided to take an appt from me in the future.
i told the 4 female associates of my very unprofessional experience, those i recommend to this salon in conroe thanked me before they booked and would have been subjected to the same unprofessional experience.
i told this manager i will find a professional salon who will appreciate my business and referrals.
