Decent Mexican food. Small outdoor seating area with long wait so did take out which only took 15 minutes. Salsa was excellent, guacamole was ok, great chips. Shrimp
Tacos were very good, just little too much cabbage for my taste. Daughter loves the street tacos.

Do not waste your money! The view is stunning but that is it. First being a Ritz, one thinks great service- well not here! Upon check in, entire adult families there with no masks and not one word said to them by staff! The room was dark, musty, very dated and smelt terrible. They off a small balcony but don't try to open both doors unless you feel like moving furniture around. The first morning, rampant knocking at the door at 8 am to clean the room. I asked for them to come back as my daughter was sleeping but no one ever came back. Multiple calls where no one answers, I finally went into the housekeeping closet to get my own towels and toilet paper. The small coffee shop doesn't open until 7 am but no coffee offered before then. The beach is a public beach, very narrow, over crowded and loaded with seaweed. The pool, unless you call ahead, we were denied chairs. We were told it was due to COViD and social distancing. I can assure you there was NO social distancing going on at this pool! Sitting on my balcony I saw no less then 15 chairs unoccupied for hours, yet I could t get one? Had to wait 20 minutes for my car, not allowed to get myself and then a snarky attitude for the girl in charge telling me to call ahead next time. Upon return, I was stopped and asked to wait as it was crowded. After 5 cars were let in before me, I asked why I was still sitting here - "oh let me see if someone can help you" was the response. Honestly felt like I was at a low budget hotel. We are checking out two days early and heading to the Hyatt where I know I will get much better service. I cannot even comprehend the prices they have the nerve to charge for this place.

So going with this place recently opened and trying to get the kinks worked out. Husband got there before me and asked for table. Went to restroom
Real quick, came back but manger too busy talking that he just got ignored until he flagged down a waitress - which wasn't easy- asking if he could sit at the table. Waitress was on us immediately to order. Got the wings to share and didn't realized they would not be prepared in sauce but instead came
On side. They were good but bit too crunchy for me. Burger arrived shortly after appetizer. I ordered the Pioneer but got served the Harlee burger. When we finally were able to get the waitress back, she says "yeah you got the Harlees burger not Pioneer it's $$1 cheaper". There was no apology, no offer to get new burger . Asked for more pickles which never showed up. Fish and chips also were ok, bit greasy. It was a Wednesday night and slow so really hope they get the service issues resolved as can't imagine what it would be like on a weekend night. Really nice to have local
Place like this in town, assuming they can get service issues in check. Agree with previous poster that no ambiance, very bright.
