I ordered online for the first time and waited 15 mins before I headed over since said 25 min est wait. Got there and they said the ticket printer was down. Said we'll start now and should be out soon. 35 mins later 3 people who ordered after I addressed the issue got the foods before me and my foods still wasn't being worked on. Hardly ever have any guac in the evening or out of rice. This time they didn't have any chicken and had to cook it and wait 15 mins. Im okay. Wish you could call ahead and see if they have everything in stock. It's a automated voice that doesn't resolve anything.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1
