Was the best pizza between Windham and Naples but now there are new owners and it's not the same. Prices are sky high, $8 for 5 mozzarella sticks? GTFOH.

Having lived in Oklahoma and North Carolina, this place is about Amexican as it gets. Way better food that the trash they serve up the road. Staff is great, food well seasoned and certainly plentiful. Unlike traditional Mexican food there is a lot of cheese, but that is typical of most Mexican restaurants in the US. They have staples of birria , chorizo, queso, salsa verde and traditional rice along with free chips and traditional style salsa.

The joint is a renovated diner so it still has that look but the staff and decorating inside make it feel like a typical taqueria.

Best Mexican place I've visited in southern Maine since moving back.

The good: Beer, sports, pretty waitresses.
The Bad: The food is horrendous and it's not just this location. BWW was good about 12-15 years ago but all I can come up with is they precook all the wings/nuggets and let them sit and then toss them in the ordered sauce. Always cold, hard, fork bending boneless nugs.

They got rid of trivia which was a...trivial move. It was half the reason I frequented the place back in the day during lunch time.

There are just far better options at this point.

I'm beginning to think that every place in SOPO and Scarborough is either trying to hard or just stinks with the exception of Debs. Szechuan chicken is supposed to be spicy and delicious. This is basically boiled chicken and vegetables with some tasteless sauce dumped on it with the sole purpose of making a mess. Bland bland bland.
