For a super-food health conscious quick serve restaurant smack dab in the middle of Yuppie Granolaville Golden, I walked in with high expectations, and hunger, on a strict macro schedule.

Kona Bowls did not disappoint this vegan granola.

Can't do quinoa? No problem, they have brown rice.

Vegan? Great, they have a billion options. Vegetarian? They have that too. Pescatarian? It's all there.

Want some CBD? Functional Mushrooms? MCTs? Need a boost for your run? They. GOT. YOU.

Absolutely delicious, (I got the Green Room Smoothie and Bahn Mi Bowl) good portions, helpful staff -(the lovely person taking my order went and got their protein powder so I could check the ingredients and macros before deciding to add to my smoothie)-, and an incredible amount of variety and options.

Not to mention, the atmosphere is both relaxing and fun, real plants on the tables, very clean, and definitely groovy I got my food to go, but next time will probably hang around to eat.

Needless to say, I'll be back for brunch, lunch, and the occasional post walk smoothie boost.

I was a bit nervous about getting my ring appraised and wanted to find someone I could trust to give me a fair appraisal. Michael immediately made me feel at ease and was extremely kind as well as professional.

He was flexible and worked with me on timing, and took his time and made sure to answer all of my questions. If you need any jewelry appraised, I highly recommend his services! If I ever am in need of appraisal services again, I will come to Michael at Colorado Gem Labs.

Service was a little slow, but it was primetime on a Sunday, and we weren't in a hurry. They also seemed to be handling quite a lot of takeout orders on top of a full house.

Omnivore, vegetarian and vegan options and everything was delicious.

I just love this little place. Whether you are familiar with Ethiopian food or not, you gotta try it! As of this review, they are only open for takeout; but don't let that deter you! Portions are large, food is ready quickly and man, is it so delicious, and so healthy.

When you call in to order, you give your credit card info up front, and when you go to pick up your order, you call again and the owner will bring your food out to you. They are being extra cautious; and probably have to operate this way to stay open currently. I don't know for sure, but I really think it's just this little older lady doing everything herself. Your dollar goes an extra long way to support this little local business.

Their Injera is totally Gluten Free and they have MANY vegan options, making this place good for groups with varied dietary restrictions. I always order the vegetarian platter, spicy. I don't find it too spicy myself, just perfect. I bet she can make it extra spicy if you ask! My favorite is the red lentils.
