My samsonite luggage plastic interior (inside lining) fell apart, finding plastic pieces as I unpacked from a trip. I contacted Samsonite Co which recommended Golden Touch of Maui. I worked with Aaron from the beginning, I didn't have a receipt as I recall buying it from Ross a few years ago. Samsonite claims to have a 10 year warranty. Aaron contacted me a few times to let me know the status of my item and today I received a call to pick up my brand new Samsonite suitcase! No charge! The process did take a few months but the alternative would have been to throw the suitcase out, so getting a brand new spinner was a satisfying outcome! They also do auto detailing and have supplies which are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop, it's hard to find local, dependable and honest service these days. Thanks Aaron and crew!
