I had done a lot of research about all my options for health insurance, when I lost my job due to Covid19. I was feeling overwhelmed and stuck in all of the choices I had, and I was worried about what I DIDN'T know. I requested a phone call with Alison, and was able to get a next day appointment. Alison was so helpful. She walked me through all my options, and helped me narrow down what was important to me. She answered all my questions, and really put my mind at ease. I highly reccommend Alison if you are shopping for insurance. And best of all her services are free!!

I can't say enough of how great this place is. I was referred here by AAA, and I received a call from Lindsay. I set up an appointment to come in the next day.
Lindsay was out that day, but I was helped by Lynette. She was absolutely wonderful. She went over the whole process with me, let me test drive a few cars, and answered all my questions.
I later went on to test drive cars at other places, and it only helped to solidify how great Lynette was in comparison.
I highly recommend considering this location, and Lynette in particular, if you are in the market for a used car.

I contacted the Car Pros about a used car and got a response right away from Ed. He very quickly answered my questions, sent me additional pictures of the car, and I made an appointment to test drive it the next day. Ed let me know he would not be in, but that Dean would be expecting me.
When I arrived, I was greeted right away and Dean came out to help me and let me know that Max would be taking me on my test drive. Max took me out on my test drive, and very thoroughly went over every detail of the car.
After some negotiation, I decided to purchase the car. I then worked with Mauricio in finance who was WONDERFUL (I am thinking of naming my car after him) and I left there with my new car.
They made what could have been a very painful process very easy. And every one I encountered, included the manager Bao, was very nice.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new or used car.

Discovery Benefits is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They administer COBRA for my former employer. I elected medical, dental and vision. I spoke with a representative, after waiting an hour, about cancelling my Medical portion only. They instructed me to submit a cancellation form via email, which I did on Nov 1 at 11:04AM. They told me it would be processed in 2-3 business days. Two weeks later I called, when I saw the website did not reflect the change. After an hour wait, I spoke to a woman who said the system she needs to verify the receipt of my email was down. She instructed me to send in payment for dental and vision to date (which I did and they cashed). I had to send a check because to pay online it is $20 per payment-and you can't pay it in one lump sum, you have to pay each month individually which mean my $140 payment would have cost me $80 to pay by credit card. In 2018, that is completely ridiculous and totally taking advantage of people.

I called back on November 16th and spoke to a gentleman who was able to locate my letter, and told me it was accidentally forwarded to the wrong queue, but that he would process the form. I asked if there was a way to escalate the cancellation since it was an error on their part. He said there was not, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. He assured me it would be processed by Monday, if not Tuesday by the latest.

Well, I just got off the phone with a rep, after 30 minutes of waiting, and she told me it was still not processed. It would be 2-3 additional business days. And, she informed me, that because it is now 19 days after I sent in my cancellation and it is STILL not processed, that my dental and vision are cancelled. Once they get reinstated (and God knows if that will ever happen) it will still take up to 15 days to notify my insurance I am now active.

So, now I have to cancel my appointment next week (that took me 3 months to get) because Discovery Benefits is completely incompetent and has business practices that went out of date back in the 1980's.

      Strong work...

Hi, Christine -- I'm sorry to hear about this. We would need more information before we can look into this. Could you please send us a direct message with your full name and phone number (in case we need to contact you)?

Now, I understand that a trip to Ross always requires you to swallow your pride, and lower your expectations. So, I went to this Ross with a full understanding of what I was getting into.

But tonight I found something that is worse than Ross itself. And that is their employee Jessica.

Myself and 5 other customers were waiting to check out. I had been there over 10 minutes with all the others. Jessica was the only one working the register. We were all waiting patiently.

In walks someone with a return, and she decides to take that person next. When everyone speaks up and says that we had all been there first, she completely ignores us and refuses to acknowledge us. And we didn't raise our voices at all. Still, there she stood helping someone return about 20 items she just kept pulling out of her bag like she was Mary Poppins.

People asked if they could open another register. Again, nothing. Completely ignored. Finally someone came over 5 minutes later to open another register.

Jessica, if you don't want to offer even the bare minimum of service, please get another job. Might I suggest the DMV or Post Office? Your complete lack of care for fellow human beings and your ability to pretend not to hear would fit in well there.

But please don't ruin my Ross. I need discount housewares and handbags.
