Horrible service!

I called just to ask how long a smog test would take, and wanted to know if they also complete VIN verification. The man on the line had attitude, and as a female customer, he had a patronizing tone then immediately he hung up on me. Can't believe that. Well thank you, you lost a customer.

For Kia services team:They are quick to respond my calls or online appointments. Very nice, friendly and welcoming staff. Offered me deals and really cared about costs. If I really didn't need a fix, they wouldn't recommend it, I appreciate the ethics. It is hard as a young woman to know what is right and wrong. The staff here makes me feel very assured that I am not taken advantage of. OH and the shuttle services are 100% easy, timely and such a relief.
