I am writing this review with regard to their lack of compassion. We booked a reservation on a Friday to come up Saturday. Saturday morning my wife woke up with a bout of Vertigo and was too ill to travel. I called the resort and asked to cancel and reschedule. ( couldn't get through for 30 minutes) They were happy to reschedule everything, but they said they had to charge for a massage my wife had booked. I explained our situation and they would not bend. They charged us $208 for a massage we never got. I would have been fine to pay the employee whatever they would get, but the massage price was outrageous to begin with. It's the holidays during a pandemic and my wife had an unforeseen illness and they refused to work with us at all. Not to mention they can't stay booked right now. You would think they would do better. Very disappointed and will spend my money elsewhere.

I have a 2015 Genesis so not an inexpensive car. I am now on my 4th set of tires with less than 50,000 miles on the car. The 1st set had a recall and the replacement set lasted 15,000 miles. Now I am having all kinds of electrical problems with this car. Back lights went out and Rick Case quoted me $850. Got them fixed elesewhere for $350. Now the front lights are out, the back up camera completely died, the passenger window motor is dead and the steering wheel column is loose. Of course none of this is covered under warranty ( the 100,000 miles or 10 years they offer pertains to very little just a fancy sales pitch). Rick Case quoted me $3300 to fix all this and said they would work with me which they didn't. They told me to call Hyundai corporate to see if they would help and after 3 days I finally connected with them and they said they only help with recalls. Total waste of time. This car should not be having all these problems and Rick Case has offered no help not to mention their service fees are exhorbitant. I am done with this dealership and Hyundai's and know you have been warned.

We vacationed at Dune Lane 037. From start to finish Destination Vacations took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. We have been coming to Hilton Head for our annual mens golf and tennis trip for 12 years and have rented many homes. 37 Dune Lane was a spectacular house from the minute we walked in the front door. The views were a 10 and most everything in the house worked well. I would recommend to add some pots, pans, cleaning equipment and cooking items for the kitchen. Also the freezer would not freeze ice cream. Otherwise everything was perfect and we will be back again next year.

I had a one hour full body massage at Blue Lotus yesterday. It was my 2nd visit and this time my massage was done by Meeche. I have had massages all over the world and this was one of the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend Blue Lotus and Meeche.
