Sacrificed giving one star. Abysmal company. Everything from them setting the correct date, constantly changing it, the wait time on the phone. Two guys delivered my stove and f%$*ed it up so bad, it had to be replaced. If you choose #1 on the menu when on hold, they will play games with you and say they can't hear you and put you back on hold. They do this over and over and over. Do yourself a favor and choose option #2 used for when stores are calling in. You get a 'better' level of employee helping and not quite as rude.
