We've been here many times now and we really like the food, the service however could step it up a notch or two. If you want good food and can overlook mediocre customer service then this is your place.

If you want the best vet service at an affordable price without the high-end clinic look then this is hands down the best vet in San Antonio. Dr. B is personable, knowledgeable and will not try to up sell at all as a matter of fact quite the contrary. He will rarely order bloodwork unless it's absolutely necessary. He is knowledgeable enough to diagnose without costly bloodwork most of the time. I lived 45 minutes away from the clinic, but the drive was worth it to me. Dr.B was our vet for 8 years until I moved away to Brownsville. My dogs and I miss Dr. B.

I fell in love with Costco in San Antonio and now that I moved back to Brownsville, I have continued this love affair, but I have to drive almost 1 hour away to Pharr to get my shopping fix :(.... I am ok with that because the quality of products and service I receive here are far superior than the other big chain membership store I don't even want to mention. I don't care if that store is only 15 minutes away from my house, I refuse to give them my $$. As long as Costco continues to pay their employees a living wage, and carry quality products at a discount, I will continue to shop there every chance I get.

I have been eating here for a few years and I love it all the time! Service and food are great. My favorite is the seafood gumbo, and I also usually order from their chef's dinner special and I'm never disappointed. I'm loyal to Bourbon for my seafood cravings.
