I had found Dr. Wei's office very convenient to my home, the Doctor's bed side manor excellent, his willingness to listen to his patients was great.

Here's were the tone of this review will change. His front office/desk staff is HORRIBLE. Countless times I have called and asked for simple things like instructions, a refill on my diabetic meds, got run around and ignored. I've even gotten put on hold a couple times just before lunch time and hung up on as they left for lunch. I have heard the front desk people discussing patients records/conditions while waiting in the front waiting room. They don't typically like to answer the phones, at all, and when they do they treat you worse than an angry State or Federal employee. "Do no harm"? My blood pressure is rising just thinking about general attitude of one young lady in particular.

I have spoken to Dr. Wei at least twice on the condition of his staff, and today when I got hung up on, it's the last straw. I never plan to return there again, I would NOT recommend this office unless you like to be treated like crap by angry women who hate men.

I'm sorry Dr. Wei. Until you can see past hiring cheap, unappreciative and self righteous people in your office, I will never return.
