Highly disappointed as I have had friends who go here and rave about it. I had a fallen at work, new to how WC was done so I didn't how it worked, but figured and since this office is in my network and I have been here once before I thought it would be easy.

Nope. Elizabeth was like it depends of the dr will even take your WC case, but I will call you back, once I got her the info she needed AND she had gotten the approval from my adjuster. Even my adjuster was shocked I hadn't seen a dr yet when I spoke to Wed. I waited 2 days and found an AMAZING dr elsewhere who got me in the SAME DAY, but Elizabeth finally calls me back was like I can schedule you an appointment, unless you have gone somewhere else. Of course I have gone somewhere else, I was in MAJOR PAIN from a fall at work from 4 days ago!

Maybe this place is great, but I won't take it as recommendation anymore and I will let people know how I was treated.

Joan was amazing! She fixed the mess I had and made it better! I was skeptical at first due to the reviews but I am happy I gave them a chance. See Joan she ROCKS!

It was ok.. Had 2 margaritas and And queso dip while waiting out traffic. It was good.

It was a great treat to stop in after being away from my hometown for 20 yrs. i picked out the candy and was helped quickly. However the lady checking me out was very unapproachable. Tried to have a convo with her telling I haven't been there/home in 20 yrs and i went looking for them at their old location. She couldn't be bothered to have a smile for an old returning customer, who specifically stopped at her business. The treats good as usual ... Customer service could be better.
