Dr. Volk is awesome!! I would give her 10 stars and even 1,000+. She was worth the pain of trial and error to find her. Shes professional, courteous, and compassionate. Just what a lady living in Chronic pain needs. I transferred my care to her from California and am very happy with her. She listens with care and patience and got me on my rx out here and comfortably country living. I was very worried about getting proper pain management out here with my serious spine fusion issues and my hip fracture at same time. The meds i need are serious to let me walk and function and she was on top of it all. Proper appointments, communication, and immediate followup all of which help a person tremendously who sufffers from chronic pain. The best of all is she respects me and doesnt lump me in with abusers. Victims of serious accidents need proper care and this is what you get at Tulsa Integrated.

Horrible!!! Added additional pain and anxiety to my life. I just moved from California to Muskogee area and have a fused spine .. 5 levels with an aggravated disc below the bottom fused level due to the fusion stress on this disc. It causes me great pain. I also had a fractured hip at the time and needing a new pain Dr. here I tried this place. Huge mistake. The office isnt organized, causing long delays and the staff is terrible at answering phones and responding. Dr. Guariglia saw me for 5 minutes .. said she would contact my prior pain Dr. and get my rx to me. She left the room and a nurse came in took me to the lobby and that was that. They never did anything. I called my prior Dr. who sent them what they needed to treat me, mris, copies of rx, my chart. This place never followed up despite my calls and emails. The worst doctor I have ever seen. They caused me such pain and aggravation just trying to contact them. I finally went back to my primary doctor who sent me to Tulsa Integrated Pain .. who I love and take great care of me. Thank God. Avoid Oklahoma Pain and Wellness if you have serious injures and need serious pain control. This place is NO good for a person who needs serious care.

This hotel makes me want to cry. A hotel should think about how a person feels after traveling all day ... needing a good clean bed, clean comfortable room, and proper treatment from staff are the very basic hotel requirements.

I was on a Trip from Muskogee Oklahoma to L.A., California for a medical spine procedure. My sister came along to help me with my luggage and overall support.

Our journey consisted of driving from Muskogee, Oklahoma to Dallas, Texas. Then we had to fly from Dallas to Los Angeles.

After traveling all night we arrived at 8:00 AM at LAX and then went straight to the medical offices for my procedure. We didn't finish and get back to the hotel til late at night about 9:00 PM.

We were completely exhausted and went to shower and collapse in a warm clean bed and sleep ... When they told us our room had only one double bed. There were no rooms available with two beds and they didn't have any cots ... at all !!

So it was too late to go to another hotel and being all the way out in Calabasas there are NO other hotels close by to go to even if we had the strength.

So the Good Night Inn made my 45 year old sister sleep ON THE FLOOR!!

Yes they did. Instead of moving us into one of their many empty two -bed rooms they brought extra pillows for my sister to sleep on the hard FLOOR.

Also, I'm disabled and they put us on the second floor with no elevator at the hotel. Making me hobble upstairs with my cane and luggage. They didn't offer to help me at all. Nothing.

When we were walking to our room and early in the next morning we saw many rooms with the curtains wide open and completely empty. We must've seen about 7 or 8 double bed empty rooms.

The room was very very small and not accommodating to disabled people at all.

This place was just so awful. I have no idea why these people wouldn't properly accommodate us. I paid about $90.00 for the room that night ... We should have gotten 2 beds.. Or at least a cot as I requested in my reservation if necessary.

Nobody called us in advance to let us know they didn't have a double bed room available for us so I could make another reservation at another hotel. Of course not ..they wanted us to be stuck there and get my money.

Next time it's Motel 6 for us .. at least they treat us like people... not like dogs... sleeping on the dirty floor.

      This place is awful.

I had a great experience with Adam Dombchik on a very difficult spinal injury WC case. My case was denied and Adam turned the worst and most tragic time of my life into a livable situation with new medical and financial resources to help get through it and have in actuality .. hope and a decent future to look forward to. If you have been seriously injured and wake up every night in anxiety full panic attacks not knowing how you will manage .. call Adam at GEKLAW. . He is a down to earth, brilliant legal angel.
