Wow. Visually cool place next to Fenway. In execution, tremendous fail. Maybe I just don't get the appeal of overpriced and underwhelming food and drinks in a blaring K-pop disco. I'm guessing I'm not alone as the place was pretty empty.

Kudos to whoever got an idea to take an old rundown motor lodge, retrofit it into a truly cool look, add a record player that is severely volume controlled and be able to charge premium prices. Genius really.

However, at the end of the day it is still like putting lipstick on a motel six for 6x the price. Also 68$ a night to park?

Stayed next door at the verb. Got a drink as we checked in (through their lobby) and thought, what a cool place for dinner. Came back 40 minutes later and were told they were closed at 7:30? Wth?

Tried again today after the opening game today and doorman said we couldn't come in because they only had one bartender? Wtf?

I've never seen a place trying so hard to not do business. No idea what the food is like and, at this point, don't care to find out.

Unbelievable. No way to eat on property as apparently locals, etc. booked all the available dining reservations both nights of our vastly overpriced stay. Seriously, the room looks like a circa 1990's Sheraton.
The kicker was that we left early this morning (again because no place to eat here) came back tonight to our untouched room and a seriously snotty attitude when I called housekeeping for some dry towels for the morning.
