Dr. D was super nice and helpful the whole time we were there! Anything we wanted or were looking for he knew what he had and exactly where it was. Some records were a bit pricy but we also found some steals! Will definitely be back.

Staff was awesome! We were checked in real quick and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and super informative. And they have a pretty cool rewards program! Will definitely be back!!

Gave this place a THIRD try to give them the benefit of the doubt, mostly because it's conveniently close to my house, but I regret it fully. Asked Tracy for a "spa pedicure" which is supposed to include a salt scrub, therapeutic lotion/oil massage, mint lotion/oil massage and hot towel wraps. Tracy grabbed the lotion and the salt scrub from their back bar but after she put the hot towels on my legs she took the scrub back and never used either of them on me... so I got a half assed basic lotion/oil massage and no scrub but still was forced to pay the $45 spa pedicure price when I should have only been charged the price of a basic pedicure which is only $30. Honestly the worst place I've ever been for a pedicure. Each time I've been there, all I experienced and witnessed around me is pure laziness and lack of care for their clients. Color is pretty but I take credit for that one

My husband and I are visiting Kauai for the first time and knew we wanted to experience snorkeling the Napali coast. There were so many tour companies to choose from but we are so glad we chose Kauai Sea Tours. Capt Greg and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional but still took the time to talk and get to know people on the trip. Very personable! We unfortunately weren't able to snorkel on the Napali coast because of wind and water being so rough the previous day, but I really appreciate the captain and crew knowing their stuff and not wanting us to be in any danger or not be able to see anything due to murky water. But we did get to snorkel on the west side of the island which was still great! Got to see some sea turtles close up which made the snorkel worth it. We also got to stop to see a huge pod of spinner dolphins on the way up and back! So much fun!

And for people complaining about being sick and blaming the captain, he THOUROUGHLY describes what the possibilities of that are once you get out into the water. It is absolutely not his fault if the ocean is choppier than expected. He and the crew do their absolute best to help that from happening and educate passengers where the best spots on the boat are and how to help avoid getting sea sick. But it happens!!

All in all this trip was great! Would definitely recommend!
