      This place is great! They have a great server, JOAN who is very nice and very friendly! Not only did she makes our dinner fun, she place the dish very nice! The dish of bbq shrimp was super delicious after she bbq it with a special sauce! See the pic!

      Worse parking spot ever! Worse attitude manager. My car was parked there this past Tuesday ,2/20. At around 6:10pm I go picked up my car. I paid them and tipped them. When my bring my car up, my driver's side mirror was gone. So that's when the employee told me that they bump my car and broke my mirror that day! The mirror glasses was scattered all on my driver's seat! There r huge scratches on the front of me car on left side. The painting of the car was off. Two of the employee admit that damages was from them when they bump the car. They said they will fix it and tell me to pick up Thursday morning. So for two days, I have no car and paid all the rides from going home from work and going to work. Thusday morning I went to pick my car expecting everything is fixed! But, when I see it, they replaced my mirror with the old one and also with wrong model. There is huge scratch on the mirrors and the mirror glass looks different. They didn't fix the scratches and deny the scratches was from them. Manger was arguing with me that this scratches was not their fault and they didn't do it! Not even an apologize from the manager, and then he blame me for the scratches. The last thing he said is "well this happens. Don't come to park here anymore"! I called the corporation "claim department" and talk to this guy and it was also a joke. This guy makes me repeat so many times of my story and acts like he don't know what's going on. Act like he don't understand the story. He took my name and number down and told me upper facility management will call me back... I'm still waiting for the call!

      The workers in the store is not helpful at all! Different stores tell me different policy for returning and they all represent Michael Kors. They are just not willing to help. I have my confirmation, credit card and ID and yet, they said without the paper receipt they won't able to help with the return because they can't scan it! Well, then they needs to improve their system since Michael Kors is such a big company! Nasty attitude and unprofessional!
