This place has gotten my business for the very last time. Some of the staff are friendly, but I've had bad experiences more than once when I did not feel valued or welcome as a customer. This just happened today, to give you an example: Me, as I sit down in the chair: "How are you" Employee: "Hungry, and angry." Me: "Angry, why?" Him: "Because I was supposed to go to lunch but then she put you in the chair. Guess she doesn't care because she already ate." Then proceeds to insult me by telling me my nails are damaged.

Hello? Is customer service even a consideration at this place? Personal matters between staff should NEVER be deflected on the customer, making them feel unwanted as I did today.

I am so done with this place. It's decor is pathetic and the only reason I ever came here in the first place was because it was cheap and close to my house. But I'd rather pay a little more to not be insulted and feel like a real, paying customer.
