      Here is my whole stay:
      I stayed here last night due to my AirBnb not being ready upon my arrival. I parked in the parking in-front of the hotel to drop off the luggage for check-in. When we entered there was no Agent. The agent entered soon after from his "lunch break" at 9pm. He was shorter with eye glasses and had a major attitude with me. The first thing he told me was I had exactly a minute to move my car or it would be towed. I told him I had a reservation, and he immediately rolled his eyes and asked for my name. I then had to ask him 3 separate times for an invoice so I could send it to a AirBnB and get a refund. He reluctantly did it claiming that the person in the morning could do it. He was very lazy and rude.

      The Room:
      The room smelled of mold. And it was small. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am.

      Overall thoughts:
      Very very mediocre hotel. I would put it on the lower end. I was expecting the first desk agent to be a bit nicer but the older gentleman with the shaved head made up for the first agent. Poor experience. I would avoid this place if I spent my own money.

      Long story short, I had my headlight scratched. Lots of little fine scratches. I called and GINA quoted me 65$. I went and personally spoke with her again (managing partner). She told me how much "damage" and then quoted me at 200$ for a restoration for headlight on a BMW. I laughed and she then went into fine detail about how it's a special type of headlight and the work won't be easy. I called another detailer, which was family owned and they quoted me at 95$ with the UV treatment and ensured me that there was VERY little damage, the detailer also ensured me lifetime warranty on my headlight and if it ever fogged up or had fine scratches again they would repair it free of charge. CARPOOL and GINA will hike up the price on your make and model of the car. AVOID THEM!

      Had some stratches on my bmw. Other body shops charged me $$$ plus for a buffer. The guys there inspected the damage and gave me a fair estimate. Will definitely come back to them to repair any work! Thank you for treating me like family and the free car wash!!!

      UPDATE: Tyree from Carpool, if you want to contact me please please do. I have her business card with the price she wrote on it. You can say the prices are "clearly marked." But the second she saw my car she hiked up the price. Why would I lie about this?

      Thank you for your review. The menu prices at all of our full service and exterior car wash facilities are clearly marked and are transparent. The prices do not change or fluctuate based on the make or model of the car.
