If I can give this place a hundred stars, I would!
The place is EXTREMELY clean and Ryan is SO SO SO professional and approachable. My first time getting a piercing at a different place was extremely intimidating and I felt like I didn't know what was taking place. Having this experience to compare to, now it felt like I got my first piercing from this back alley rando.
First, Zoe helped me decide which jewelry would fit me best based on my preference and my needs. She gave such insightful considerations, which made me feel confident with my decision. Also, she was completely transparent by already letting me know the total price point upfront so I'm not caught off guard.
Ryan helped me replace an existing piercing with the correct size and thoroughly went over the aftercare process with my new one. I'm from the Bay Area and they even made recommendations of where I can go to get my piercing checked on after a month.
I cannot recommend this business enough! Most especially for anyone who feels afraid or anxious to get their first one, this place will set such a high standard. I can't wait for my next trip and to get another one from this place.
This is posted as a warning to interested clients - do not text or reach out to (707) 563-1263. I strongly believe it's a scam.
First, I tried to look her up on google. It says that she is permanently closed; her website is also dead. So I called the number to confirm if this may just be outdated information, confirm availability and rates. Call was not answered but I was prompted to leave a message, which I did asking if she is still taking business.
I received a response via text, "her" confirming her availability. We then coordinated our schedule. I was then instructed to pay a $30 deposit to a Shelly Futch via Venmo to secure the appointment, which I did.
We started discussing the services that I may want to get, but I kept getting a repetitive statement "i gat you". I then asked for specifics to confirm the salon address, I got vague responses. I was again instructed to pay another $50 to "avoid delays" on my appointment day. I then expressed my concern since I have not met "her" and I would just make a payment in full when I see "her".
The person tried to persuade me again to make a payment to get an "invoice". I then asked for specifics about the salon address, just to verify. Benicia is posted on Yelp and the response I got was "Vallejo", not even a specific address. That's when I responded that I am cancelling the appointment and called Venmo to get my money back and told this person that I am reporting her account as a Spam. I got weird responses like "hey are you there" "why that's bad".
Thank God I got my money back.
This is not a comment on the actual person tied to this Yelp business. It's more of a warning that this business may already be inactive/closed.

Ohmygod! I am SO sorry. I am just now seeing this.
I used a google voice number for my business line, I guess the new person with that number is who tried to scam you.
I’m so sorry this happened and am very glad you got your money back!! Yes, my business is closed. I’ve tried marking it on Yelp, but it’s against me. Hope you found a stylist you love!
Best food and service E V E R. This is the only place in town where the dining experience elevates with every visit, considering how good the last one is.
My husband and I got teary eyed at one point eating our food. I ordered the seafood pasta and he got chicken marsala. He gave me a bite of his and I immediately asked if we can exchange our plates, considering how good mine is already. He obliged. The chicken marsala is mind blowing. The chicken is cooked perfectly but it's the sauce that makes it out of this world. There are things that you eat in a restaurant and vaguely have an idea what they put in or how it's made. This - I can't even imagine how it's made. It's magical. There is so much depth of flavor that I can't fathom at all how and what they put in. The waitress had to take the plate away from me as I scraped every drop of gravy. As she walked away, I ordered another one to go.
We also had the prosciutto pizza, cooked to perfection and you can tell the freshness of the ingredients. It's superb.
We had dessert. Hubby got pistachio gelato made in house. Needless to say, all pistachio ice cream we've tried paled
in comparison to this unbelievably delicious number.
I got the Panna Cotta, which is the perfect item for someone who doesn't like sweets but wants to cleanse their palette after a savory dinner. It was the most delicate dessert with the perfect combination of flavors and texture.
Perfect dining experience once again. I can't say good enough things honestly.
Hands down the best Tom Kha Gai soup I've ever had in the area! They also have Japanese chicken curry and it's so flavorful! Outstanding food! The place is extremely clean and organized.
I enjoy the fact that there's only 3 or 4 main entrees: boiled, grilled, fried chicken and tofu. Food is so simple and yet extremely delicious! Service is great. The restaurant is so clean. They offer free infused water, one with lemon - one with pandan. My only issue with this place is the lack of seating - there are only 3 tables and one bar-like table hooked to the wall. I think more table can fit in the middle. I acknowledge that you can sit outside but there's just no way to enjoy the food during winter when it's freezing and windy. Also, I know the soup is like a simple broth but it could be more flavorful. Overall, a great place to eat at for the price - it's a decent serving, especially in this area.
I highly recommend this place! I called them to inquire about drop off hours and the lady who answered was so kind and friendly. Since I reside in fairfield and he also lives in town, I ended up going to their home to drop off my knives and JB was done in under 20 minutes. Setting an appointment to see him was so easy. This guy is so flexible and accomodating. He was very friendly and so informative. He didn't end the transaction by just handing me back my knives, he also taught me how to best maintain it and was very knowledgeable. This is definitely a person I would entrust with my prized knives, both of high sentimental and actual value. Also, extremely fair price for the quality of service. Thank you again!
