I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the Czuba Group. My significant other and had just begun looking and found a house that we loved extremely quickly. Our friends lived across the street so we knew the neighborhood very well. By recommendation of a friend, we found Katrina Schymik Abjornson with the Czuba Group. Katrina was extremely quick in response and guided us through the process. Within 24 hours of viewing the house by ourselves, we met with Katrina and had an offer on the table. During that time, she was extremely responsive to all of our questions, which were a lot!

Katrina is warm, smart, and extremely professional. She guided us through the process and explained to us all the peaks and pits of every single aspect so that we could make the best decision. We were able to move up the closing date, and because Katrina was on vacation, Catherine Czuba assisted us with our closing. Catherine was such a pleasure to work with as well - very warm, enthusiastic, professional and smart.

Dear god. This hole in the wall place is a must for a quick breakfast or lunch. I could write a sonnet about their breakfast burritos. They may their own hot sauce that is spicy and delicious. Additionally, the guys that work there are very helpful and very welcoming!

This place, from its coffee menu to its design is simple yet precise. Don't come here for a frappachino or something with pumpkin spice. This place sticks to the bare bones basics coffee and espresso and presents it in a thoughtful manner.

The staff were professional, warm to clientele and extremely knowledgeable about coffee and helpful to the occasional tourist.

Coffee by day and wine by night! This place is a great location to work from or schedule a meeting. The atmosphere is comfortable and offers plenty of seating. Staff were very pleasant and the food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

I had a Nutella pop tart (just as amazing as you would think) and a safe sausage breakfast sandwich which was tasty and fresh.

Another plus is it is not too loud if you're trying to get work accomplished.
