I felt the place was extremely overhyped and food was not good at all. Went on a Friday night ordered the paella and short rib udon. Massive mistake if you've ever had these dishes prepared correctly.
I'll start with what was wrong with the paella first. Having had paella in Spain numerous times and other places that made it correctly, It should have been a give away that their chef/cooks had no clue when it was the wrong color. There was a set of crab legs on top that turned out to be the first time having crab jerky for me. Tiny small previously frozen mussels surrounded the bowl along with a few overcooked shrimp (3). It contained some octopus but we only found 3 tiny pieces that were guess to be such. The rice was very oily. Also contained some chicken and Cajun sausage that didn't belong. Over all disaster in a bowl.

The beef udon was visually nice and that's where the dish ended. The braised short rib contained more fat then meat. It looked like the beef version of pork belly. They tried covering it up with overly salted sauce. The noodles were poorly prepared resulting in there being giant clumps stuck together. We tried to pick through the bowl and do the best possible.

Honestly the only thing that was made correctly was the overpriced micro salad and the water. Didn't have cocktails which was probably a good idea since it sounded like the bartender was mixing paint not drinks. There is a 18% service fee that is added to your check while asking for and additional tip as well. Luckily for me it's a free market and I don't have to have it again.
