We paid for their measurement appointment. Appointment was confirmed by Lowe's via email. Eclipse also confirmed with a text. I called Eclipse the day before measurement appointment to ask for a smaller delivery window than the 4 hour one provided. I was assured the tech would call the same day, or the next (the day of appointment) so I knew when to leave Tucson to get to the property - 2 hours away. No one EVER called, and worse yet, we sat at the property for 4 hours and NO ONE showed up. We were furious. Wasted 8 hours (4 on the road and 4 waiting) for no one to show up. I'm so disappointed in Lowe's and Eclipse Flooring. I will NOT be using either for this flooring job, and I'd suggest others choose someone else as well.
Was so excited to see Daniel after a 4 month hiatus due to Covid/timing of appointments, etc. Daniel does an excellent job with my hair (both color and cut.) I'm not thrilled by the extra precautions, and how the salon is such a "cold" environment right now. Having to sign a waiver that I won't sue the salon if I get covid is a bit over the top. Sure miss the blow dry and style, so I'm hoping that is brought back REALLY soon. Crazy times, but still amazing service and awesome cut/color by Daniel!

I understand the experience in the salon has changed due to the covid-19 pandemic. Please know, the precautions we are taking are to create a safe environment for our guests and staff. We are doing what is mandated by the health board and a few extra measures recommended by the CDC. It’s our passion to make people feel beautiful inside and out. And we are trying our best to ensure your safety while doing it.

The work was very good and the staff was very kind and professional. The prices were a bit more than I had hoped, but the carpet and couch REALLY needed cleaning, so I sucked it up and paid their prices. They got all of the stains out by pre-treating everything. They used a protectant (which was part of the higher cost), so hopefully we won't need the carpets cleaned as often.
Matt showed up on time, and offered a fair quote to repair our ice maker. He noted dirty coils on the fridge, and cleaned those as well. I was not on site, so he e-mailed me the receipt promptly after finishing the job. I will DEFINITELY use Matt for future appliance repair needs.
Cutest candy shop with the friendliest staff EVER! They showed us what they were stirring in a huge copper pot while making suggestions for their favorite chocolates. The gelato was devine! Picked up some maple cremes, fudge, beer brittle, and gelato. My waistline could only support so many sweets, but I WILL be back!
