Rude Staff and Dr. when I called as a new patient she is not on staff at hospitals only her husband. and you only see him in the hospital..stange practice but very rude receptionist and nurse and be warned..when you do visit this Dr for the first time you will have labs urine test even a EKG and I'm only 37 and they say you have to have it done as a new patient. The labs were not all covered by my insurance because they weren't all manditory which I asked and they said they are covered..The EKG I have no heart history in my family and she still pushed for it an they didn't cover that either. I walked out of there with a lot of bills that I didn't need since my first visit was because I was having some allergy symptoms but she did the while your here..also she has a Spa business there also and says how there is great skin treatments for my allergies none which my insurance covers..little to pushy for going to a Spa when I was seeing her for being sick.

I had a horrible experience with this Dr. I was a NEW patient and when I made the appointment they said sure we can see you today no problem. Well after doing the paperwork and I arrive early to do so I would be seen on time. Well the Dr was over 1 1/2hrs late. So you are sitting there and all the lady at the desk said was he's running late. The medical assistants seemed to be laughing and having more fun standing around while the Dr was no where to be found. I was then put in the room and told he would be in shortly..45mins in a room that is to be honest kind of gross and need of updating and nothing to do I finally opened the door to ask if i was going to be seen. The Dr was coming out of a room with a patient who got there after me and when I asked the assistant she said he's a long time patient and the Dr went in there first since it wouldn't take to long. The manners of the dr was kind of coming off as rude. So he asked what was wrong and I said I'm having back pain. He said did I hurt myself at work and I said NO..then said well I can't send you for test unless the insurance will cover it. So seems like a musle strain. Suggested I take ibuprofen. I'm ok with that but the spasms were painful and he didn't want to listnen and was in a hurry. I asked him if I should use heat or ice he said yeah yeah whatever makes it feel better. So I go out to the desk and told the assistant is there something else I should do for my back. She barks back the Dr doesn't give out pain medicine like that was what i was asking for. I wanted to know if there were some exercises or anything else and told her that. she said well you have to understand so many people come here wanting drugs and its your first time here. I will ever go back in that office again since I went to a Dr the next day who found out I had a slipped disc in my back and that Dr suggested some xrays, and even physical therapy and follow ups with him and when I told him of that experience seems that they have a bad reputation with people and a high staff turn around. I can see why..and the dr didn't apologize for being late but they said if I was 15mins late I wouldn't be seen. Also this Dr has a office in Lake in the Hills who he shares with his Wife Shawar Syed different name and that I found out when I called my insurance for other Dr's and called her office and said I saw Dr Asghar..and the lady in that office bit my head off yelling at me about he only see's his patients and at first I didn' understand until they said his WIFE..

So by my name you can tell I love BBQ..been to tons of places and well I was kind of confused by my experience. Ok did they just decide to open a BBQ one day since its kind of in a strange place..A corner of a garage behind a bar. The menu had to many selections of what kind of place are you trying to be..Pasta,salads pizza bbq chicken ribs sandwich..way to many..stick to the thing you say you do best BBQ..as for the food..It took a while to get my food and usually that means its good or overdone..well it was kind of dry tasting and needs better flavor. Someone brought me some for lunch one day also and it was ok but I got a certificate from Resturant.com and decided to try it again only to have the same experience. I also would warn people that its not the family type of a place to bring your kids..there isn't really any seating since the kitchen is in a garage which would offend some people and there is a bar outside that you can get the drinks from what looks like a biker bar also. Which is kind why it seems they must of just said hey can I use your garage for my place..you have to use the bathrooms in the bar and it does seem to be a biker hangout. I would also say check first before going to make sure you don't end up on a bike night when they say everyone come..because they do races with a sex toy that some would find offensive. Its ok but same type of menu basically as a pizza place with added BBQ. maybe narrow down the menu and focus on your main selling feature which by your name is BBQ..And master the flavors of that.
