      This is a review only for their key making services, not the quality of their products, of which they might be a fine establishment.

      Needed an emergency key made yesterday, so when the man charged me $4.50 for a single sided key, I figured it was worth it, especially because it was a Sunday. Then when I got home, the key didn't fit in the lock. I looked at the two keys side by side and was able to see the slight divet in the metal that was causing the problem. I immediately went back to the store 20 minutes later, only to find that they were closed, half an hour earlier than noted on google (7 pm) and 3.5 hours earlier than listed on yelp (9 pm). I was frustrated, but figured that since it was a family owned business and a probably a slow night, it made sense they would want to duck out early.

      My main frustration stems from the fact that when I went back this morning at their scheduled open time (9 am), they still were closed. I waited for 10 minutes, then asked the shop owner next door what time they usually open up. He told me 9:30, which means that I now have to pay to get a key made elsewhere during my lunch break because I needed the key today. Turns out, I should have just done that in the first place!

      Additionally, they are listed as being a 24 hour locksmith, but when I called the number both at night and in the morning the phone just rang and rang and rang.

      I know that $4.50 is not a lot of money to flush down the toilet. Just wished they were able to do as advertised, during the times in which they advertise to do it.

      Woke up this morning with a super sore throat and arrived at the clinic right when they opened at 8. The waiting room was very clean and the reception/check-in process was easy and friendly. The whole experience from check-in to vitals to strep test results and RX took about an hour and a half, which was a little longer than I would have liked for being the second person to arrive. However, one of the staff kept checking in with me every 10 minutes to apologize and give me an update on how the process was moving. it turned out the person ahead of me needed an actual procedure done, so my wait time felt very reasonable, and i was very grateful for the updates (nothing worse than being left in the dark).

      They then sent my RX to a nearby pharmacy and I was on my way! Thanks for a smooth process, and while I hope I don't have a reason to visit an urgent care clinic again, if I do it will definitely be yours!

      Jaja and his team helped move me a bedroom's worth of things on Saturday in 100 degree heat to a fourth floor walk-up. And they did it incredibly graciously, and well under their two-hour time frame! So so thankful for making this a seamless experience, and I'm already recommending them to people I know. Thanks, Jaja and co!
