This was without a doubt the worse experience I have ever had. Each item we tried to order, we were told they were out of that. My four year old grandson's macaroni and cheese was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. They tried to serve me French dip without the Au Jus (after all that's the whole point of the French dip)! The bathrooms were filthy and there was a strong smell of urine before you ever entered the bathrooms. The waitress was not receptive of the customers needs and did not care until she realized I was upset....too little too late!!
