We went here consistently for 5 years with all of our vehicles, before it was Valvoline. Once it became Valvoline the quality dropped. 2.5 years ago I got a new car. Every time I went in I asked if my tires needed rotating and every time they said that they looked new and didn't need it. Well, about 4 months ago I got a flat tire out in the rural area of Valley Center. I spent hours in the blazing sun waiting for a tow truck because the Fix a Flat that came with my car didn't work. My car was towed to the nearest Acura dealer and they reported that my tires were worn down on the inside and that I had to replace all of them. I was literally at Valvoline a few weeks earlier and they said my tires looked new. The tires should have made it through the full lease but I was forced to spend over $800 on new tires because I saved a few bucks and minutes by going to this place. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY EITHER DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR THEY CUT CORNERS. Who knows if they even properly change oil.

Just ate here and found hair in our fries. And then later found d a hair in my mouth. The gal who gave us our drinks also seemed to have a cold. Could have been allergies... Doubt it though.
