Came to Mac Grill @ 6pm on 4/10 - a Tuesday night, (party of 4) in part to celebrate my daughter turning 13. Restaurant was half full (optimist), so not very busy.
Greeted by hostess - pretty standard.
Seated right away - expected
"Server will be right with you" - again, standard stuff.
But... You know when you walk into a restaurant and the energy/atmosphere seems a bit off? Well this was one of those moments.
We were seated at a large booth.
We sat and waited.... and waited....
and waited. Other servers were dropping drinks, food off at every table around us. Not a single one said, "Hi, I / someone will be right with you" basic stuff. Nothing. No acknowledgment from anyone. 15 mins, no water, no hello... nothing. I finally walk up to the hostess stand and ask if anyone will be by to help us as it has been 15 mins.
Hostess: "Sorry, I'll get someone."
Another 5 mins goes by... still nothing.
We're done at this point ... we get up and leave. As we're walking towards the door a server finally makes her way to us, as we're standing. Told her, we sat for 20mins unattended and now we're leaving. Just a blank stare from her. Also mentioned the same thing to the hostess on the way out ... same blank stare.
