I was long overdue for a haircut so I trusted all these good reviews and took a chance at this salon, which did not disappoint. They were very friendly, affordable, and exactly what I was looking for with my haircut! I'll definitely be back.

My car had to get towed Saturday night and my mechanic was closed on Sunday. I needed my car for Monday and knew it was a quick fix so I reluctantly decided to try a new mechanic. My power steering pump was broken and Pep Boys assured me that they would have my car back to me by close on Sunday. While trying to install a new power steering pump, they were delayed by having THREE die. That is a sign that the ones they are using are cheaply made and yet they charged me $200 more than the dealership price. They also tried to charge me for a second power steering pump, which was one of the ones that they broke entirely on their own. Additionally, they told me I needed a valve fixed for a leak and insisted it would lead to damage in the near future. When I asked how much that would cost, they said "only a few extra dollars" and then proceeded to charge me over $200 for "removing and replacing it." They then discovered a "new issue" that they tried to pass off as relevant to the pump, but is completely unrelated. When they said that would be an additional $1,000, I had enough. I picked up my car, which no longer had power steering at all, even though they had put a new pump in. After Pep Boys charged me an arm and a leg, I went to my mechanic and he was appalled by the cheap quality of the pump they replaced it with, how much they had charged me, and how my power steering was completely gone. I should have just waited until Monday to take it to my competent mechanic since Pep Boys kept my car most of Monday anyway and charged me an absurd amount of money. They were not only shady in regards to what they charged me for, but they also definitely took advantage of the fact that I was a young woman as they tried to give me different prices from when my boyfriend called. I will not be returning to a place that treats customers like that.

When our friends recommended this restaurant and described it as mouthwatering, we had high expectations. Those expectations were definitely met. The restaurant itself has a lively atmosphere with fun decorations. The servers were friendly, attentive, and prompt. Everything about the experience was delightful before we even got to the food. I tried the Calamari Steak Sandwich and it truly was mouthwatering. There was a generous heap of calamari with delightful seasoning paired with flavorful aioli pesto. The bread was fresh and delicious, providing a cushion for the light coleslaw. I ordered sweet potato fries as my side, which were soft and had a good flavor.
The rest of my group had the bacon cheeseburger deluxe and the Lua pork sandwich. The cheeseburger's custom hula sauce added a surprising pop of flavor. The menu described the pork as heaven on a bun and the pork lived up to this expectation. As a word of caution, it was an extremely messy heaven. Regardless, I would highly recommend this restaurant and return to eat here again without skipping a beat.

We stopped here for lunch and were not disappointed. The decor was fun and the atmosphere was very friendly. The food was fantastic and the serving sizes were generous. There were a variety of options for sides and the ones we got included delicious homemade chips, flavorful baked beans, and "banana and Oreo puddin'". I highly recommend the "Shrimp Moe Boy" but the pulled pork sandwich was delicious as well. We would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone in the area.
