      Worst service ever. Painfully slow. Restaurant with not even half full and yet dining experience was miserable waiting for an inattentive waiter. After first course was so slow, I requested from the hostess (couldn't find the waiter) that the next two courses would be packaged to go. That didn't happen. Waiter delivered second course plated, not to go. It took another 20+ minutes to get the second course packaged, my credit card taken, card returned, third course finally arrived, then the bill with tips recommended below starting at 18% and up. I get along with people everywhere I go. I'm not a grouch. But in this case, apparently, a senior female dining alone must not be important to the restaurant's business. I always tip extremely well because serving is a difficult job. But, for the first time ever, I left no tip. I assume the waiter expected a poor tip from a single old chick, so that's what I gave him. Nada. Next time I'll go back to the wonderful food, service, and atmosphere of Limoncello.

      Don't we all want mechanics we can trust? One of the keywords today is TRANSPARENCY. That's what you get here--both! I like to know what's going on with my car. When I am given a link that tells me where my car stands in the queue, as it goes into repair, and then the steps (including pictures) that it goes through before it comes back acting like new. This company does not rip you off. Trust is so important in this line of business. (Have you gotten a quote from a car dealership recently?!?)

      Give this company a try. This is a keeper!

      Dave was recommended by a very reliable mechanic in the area. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I had read some bad reviews on this site but I felt my referral source was more reliable. Honestly, the other reviews seem like they must be for another business.

      Dave has worked in this business for decades. His employees have been here, some over 25 years. He has no problem with staffing because people like to work there. That says a whole lot about the business itself and Dave as a manager. I found him respectful and honest, going above and beyond.

      The quality was excellent. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and always with respect and professionalism. I can see why fleets bring their company vehicles here.

      I have worked with many, many businesses as an SBA advisor so I really pay attention to everything and ask a lot of questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

      Have you ever been to a NYC restaurant where the maitre'd and the staff treat you like you are lucky that they are gracing you with their presence? Snooty, condescending, Superior? We didn't expect this kind of treatment in downtown Ellsworth Maine! The food is very, very expensive. Yes, the chef has credentials but that does not give the staff permission to act so rude. Clearly no one told them that the food is not the only part of a fine dining experience. We were well-dressed, polite and expected to be treated the same. These employees ruined the dining experience. This restaurant will never be getting our dollars again. We are done!
