Poor service, every time we order take out or delivery the order is completely wrong. Either the door dasher is stealing the order or you guys just can't get an order right. Beware everyone, these guys are incompetent in every way! Don't waste your time or hard earned $$ at this ridiculous establishment. With this kind of service they will be out of business soon enough!

Horrible purchase experience. When I originally called the sales guy said you will most likely receive your bike in a couple weeks, but it came much much later. If you read the fine print they say 30 business days (sales guy won't tell you this until you call back the follow up on your purchase & will will say it was mentioned)...Also when you purchase an exclusive pro build & tune, apparently they meticulously assemble your bike & make sure it is ready to ride. When my bike finally arrived I jumped on it for a spin & well it makes a grinding sound which also causes vibration so you feet & hands go numb. No way this bike was meticulously tuned, not a chance it was 100% ready to ride (optimal performance is a joke). I called to follow up & they asked me to take a video & would respond in 24hours. Called on a Thursday, no response Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon..So I called Mon and was told now 24 -48 hours to have a tech review my video I sent 4 1/2 days ago...Bottom line, if you want to get jerked around, overly promised a great product but receive an unridable bike then call these guys up. Bad product, come to find out these bikes are very old! I regret this purchase so much & on top of it if you read the fine print about returns they charge a high % restocking fee which is a lot of cash when you consider the overall cost. trust me on this one, go somewhere else where you might have a chance at a good product & service.

Jordan reminded me that good service is not dead. I needed to replace a battery in my car, Jordan educated me on what my options were & after the purchase offered to help install so I can take advantage of the current rebate. In the snow he switched my battery with a smile. In this current climate I really appreciate good service, it's becoming rare. This Bountiful store has always had amazing service, keep up the good work! Thanks
