Hi-Way has good burgers, fries, and Oreo milkshakes. I usually get a cheeseburger and garlic fries and my bf gets a cheeseburger and cheese fries. The Oreo milkshakes are always sooo good! My only gripe is that they are so inconsistent with the garlic fries. One day it will have tons of garlic and Parmesan and many many other times, it will have significant less amounts of garlic and Parmesan. If they consistently put massive amounts of garlic and Parmesan, I'd change my rating to 5 stars instead of 4. Also, I think they could put more cheese in the cheese fries. Other than that, the service is usually pretty good. It's a small burger joint but does have decent seating.

Came in today for some boba with my boyfriend, his sister, and her boyfriend. I got a regular milk tea with boba and my sister got a jasmine milk tea with boba. My drink tasted very watered down and the milk tasted kind of sour. My sisters drink didn't taste good either. Hers smelled sour also. The only culprit had to be the milk. Please make sure that the milk being used is refrigerated at all times and FIFO'd (First in, first out). Neither of us ended up finishing our drinks. Honestly, kind of disappointing.

I came in on Monday to pick up an order or señorita bread for my mom. I came in a bit early than the scheduled pick up time and the guy working pretty much tried low key accusing me of picking up extra bread. I get that maybe some people in the past have tried doing that and getting someone else's orders but that wasn't what I was doing. I clearly explained that I was just picking up the order for my mom but I just happened to be there 30 minutes early. He took down my name and number so that if my mom came later to pick up the order she can call me asking why her order wasn't there. Literally, my mom wasn't coming to pick it up which is why I was there. That order was for my grandma's viewing. Thanks for making an already shitty day worse. Not to mention that while yes the bread was piping hot, it was barely sweet and kind of hard. Disappointing cause I've definitely had better señorita bread from here. Don't think I'll be back. There are other places that sell better señorita bread anyway. Maybe try to be not so condescending and accept the fact that sometimes parents ask their kids to pick up orders that they placed earlier in the day.

The #4 bbq pork sandwich is my favorite. I need to make a better effort of coming here more often when I come home to visit. They do get busy during lunch time but it's definitely worth it.
