Not sure why this place is so popular - waiting to cook your own food while folks at your table wait anxiously... portions are small and over priced. We ordered bbq chicken, beef and veggies. Service was great but quality of food and experience was not appealing.

I have good experiences coming here for X-rays. The staff in both offices are helpful. It is challenging to call and get through. There are times I've been on hold for almost an hour. I end calling other locations to make an appointment for the office I have want.

Today I had an ultrasound done and the tech was "doing her job." She was curt. She told me that if I didn't hold my breath correctly, she couldn't do her job. She seemed to get impatient at times. While maybe a good tech, she lacked empathy and a friendly attitude.

I had my mom's 90th birthday dinner here. I was fortunate to find this place in less than a month's planning. Annie was efficient and helpful. Rigo who was our bartender and waiter worked hard as a one person show to make us happy- gracias Rigo! The room was set up nicely with white table cloths and burgundy and green napkins. I had ordered the filet and prawn dinner. We were served rolls, salad and the entree. The place did not charge us to cut and serve the cake. I expected more in terms of quality. The meal felt like it was a mass production, not anything made with delicious flair. The rolls were dry and tasted like they had been taken out of a bag that had been refrigerated. The mashed potatoes were on the dry side, not creamy at all. The meat was cooked on the rare side and was tender, but a bit cold. It felt like cafeteria food. The place is outdated but was like I said set up with linens a la banquet style. If the owners or managers were just to clean it up a bit and make sure it didn't look so used up, it would be better. I have to say my mother enjoyed her event in the private banquet room and thanks to the restaurant for allowing us to bring in some musicians. If the food would have been better, it would have made a big difference.

I had wanted to go here for a long time and finally had lunch today. We ordered the Esquites appetizer, café de olla, shrimp tacos and the Chile relleno. The cafes were $6 each- expensive! The corn Esquites appetizer was tasty but maybe a bit too much mayonnaise. The Chile relleno came in a clay bowl which is a cultural touch. The relleno meat was good but I didn't feel like I was eating a relleno. The dish felt like I was eating food mushed up in a jarro. The shrimp tacos were bland with some creamy sauce. We expected more flavor for what was described as blackened shrimp. The service was slow and inattentive- with one of the dishes arriving almost 10 minutes after everyone else had their food. To complete the disappointing meal, the bill was wrong. If you go here, check your bill. I've had food in Mexico - this isn't it.
