I was just driving by the restaurant and at the last minute decided to have dinner on a slow Monday night and it was not crowded Maybe 20 guest it took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to have a caesar salad and entree of clams and white wine sauce and when they entree finally came I told the waiter that I've been waiting 40 minutes and he's answer was that "we make everything from scratch" I next I ordered a gelato for dessert that I never received after 15 more minutes I stopped them while they were doing their inventory at the bar and asked about my dessert and he went in the back to check on it and came back and said they were out of the gelato I ordered I had to ask for bread twice. I finally just had to ask for my check. I wouldn't recommend sitting at the bar unless there were at least two people taking care of the customers at the bar and making drinks for the entire restaurant otherwise you might need to bring a sleeping bag with you.
