Food is excellent. The hamburgers and fried Oreos are delicious. It is a small place so sometimes there is a wait. They also have outdoor seating which is nice if the weather is good. Highly recommend. It is one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Staff is very friendly.

We were visiting family and they recommended The Cardinal for their chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches were very good. The fries were just ok as they were not fresh; only luke warm. We were seated relatively quick and the server came over immediately. The atmosphere is casual which we liked. We would probably visit again but I would ask for fresh fries.

This place was recommended as a must for Green Bay. The cheeseburger was great. I would give the fries and chips an ok. The service was great and there was no wait.

Great breakfast for a reasonable price. The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. My husband really liked the ham. The wait staff and hostess were very friendly and welcoming. As an added bonus, dining area was bright and clean. There was a wait but it was worth it.
